"I would like to thank Puente General Construction for their professional handling of several remodeling projects we have undertaken this year. We have several office warehouse spaces in the Houston metro area and beyond, as far away as Beaumont, Conroe and Galveston. We had outgrown several of our locations and/or needed to remodel/expand many of them and we hired Puente General Construction to handle all of these projects."

"We were referred to Puente General Construction by a contact we have at local commercial real estate company who also uses them for their remodeling and build out needs, and I want to say, we are very pleased with the work they have done for us and we plan on using them for any future projects we will have. Having this type of confidence in a contractor is much the same as having a good mechanic for your car- hard to find, but once you do find them, you are very glad you did and you keep using them. I will briefly describe some of the reasons we feel this way:

1) Quality work at a fair price. We have used other companies in the past and I could relate some real horror stories about our experience with some of them but I will focus more on Puente- they are not always the cheapest, but, they are far from the most expensive and the quality of their workmanship is second to none. In addition, in most cases, they do not require and money down to start a project and they have generous terms about payment once the project is complete.

2) Flexibility. They complete the projects VERY quickly and with minimal interference with the daily operations of your business. Their employees are very cordial and knowledgeable and they clean up after themselves as well. They will gladly work around your schedule, not the other way around, and will work at night and/or on weekends to get the project handled in the most time efficient manner. You will not have to worry about your project being started, then left on "hold" for unacceptable amounts of time while they start or complete other projects.

3) They will gladly take on any size job, anywhere we need them- one of our locations in Humble needed only the ceiling tiles in a small office replaced, and we had other projects in Conroe and some of our Houston locations that were far more extensive and they did all these in the same manner, at a fair price and rapidly completed. They are currently renovating our Galveston location as well.

4) They stand behind their work. In the unlikely event any issues surface after completion of their work, they will not "blow you off", they will send a rep to access and quickly resolve any issues, in our experience there have been almost NO issues, but in the cases where there were, they were very minor in nature, usually a miscommunication on our part, not theirs, and resolved quickly.

5) Many of these things are intangible but go a long way to contributing to our overall satisfaction with the many projects Puente General Construction has completed for us. I would *most definitely* recommend hiring them to handle all your commercial or residential remodeling/construction needs."
